Return Policy
Vevlen Shop, LLC, (hereinafter “Vevlen”), has a strict seven (7), day return policy. Days are counted in natural days, not business days.
The return merchandise must be shipped and/or delivered in person to Vevlen and its authorized representatives within the 7 day return window. Any changes to the present policy will be published accordingly in Vevlen’s webpage.
For any return eligibility, the item must be returned in the same condition that Vevlen shipped and/or delivered and that was received by the client. The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, with all with tags, markings and in its original packaging. Invoices and/or receipts must be provided to Vevlen at the time of return.
To initiate a return form please contact Vevlen via email at vevlenshop@vevlen.com returns not previously coordinated for pick up or delivery within the commonwealth of Puerto Rico will need to be shipped to the address Vevlen will provide via email once the return request is approved.
Once you request a return via email, if your return request is accepted, Vevlen will send you a return shipping label or coordinate with you in person delivery or pick up, (for purchases and returns within the metro area of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped to Vevlen missing return forms, approved return paperwork or not complaint with the present Return Policy will not be accepted by Vevlen.
Sale and Special Orders
Any purchases made during a sale or clearance are excluded from this Return Policy and are not eligible for returns. They are considered final sales. Any custom order, personalized item order or special order are also final sales and exempted from Vevlen’s refund policy.
Damaged Items
If for any reason you receive a damaged item upon delivery or pick up, contact us at vevlenshop@vevlen.com within 24 hrs. of receiving your order for Vevlen to take appropriate measures, assess the damage and determine any refunds and or store credits.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund request was approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment method, allow 10 to 15 business days for refunds to be processed. Keep in mind your bank and/or credit card company may delay refund processing pursuant to their processing policy. If you have any issues contact us via email at vevlenshop@vevlen.com .
